General terms used throughout this wiki

• Page = a HTML page
• Portlet = a component that can be put on a page and that provides certain functionality
• Data = the dynamic information ( Word documents, wiki entries, etc. ) that are viewable via a portlet
• Quick navigation menu = The right top popup window ( that contains your name )

Available and Current

On many user membership assignments and deassignments you will be presented with a search box. Here:

• The userlist under Current are associated users: those with membership.
• The userlist under Available are the users without any membership.
